Baking must be in between Thursday August 4 between 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm, or Friday August 5 9:00am - 11:00am.
Baking is to be removed on Friday August 5 at 4:00 pm or when judging is completed.
ALL BAKING TO BE DOUBLE TAGGED, IN CLEAN PLASTIC BAGS, NO PLASTIC WRAP, NO ELASTIC CLOSURES, NO COMMERCIAL MIXES OR FILLINGS. THANK YOU!

PIES (on foil): New foil plates should be tempered before use in 400° F oven for at least 10 minutes, or bottom of pie will not cook.
